The Amazon Eero Pro 7 three-pack drops to $599.99 from $799.99, and the Asus ZenWiFi BQ16 Pro falls to $946.15 from $1,699.99 for a two-piece system built to cover up to 8,000 square feet. On the cheaper end, the TP-Link Deco 7 Pro BE63 two-pack is $321.75, the lowest-priced Wi-Fi 7 mesh system in the sale, while older-standard gear gets cut too: the TP-Link Archer AXE75, a Wi-Fi 6E router, drops to $98.99 from $119.99.\n\nWi-Fi 7's headline features (Multi-Link Operation, 320MHz channels, multi-gig Ethernet) still carry a real premium. Even the cheapest Wi-Fi 7 mesh kit on sale costs more than three times the discounted Wi-Fi 6E router, so the standard clearly hasn't trickled down to budget shoppers yet.\n\nIf you don't already own 6GHz-capable devices, the discounted Wi-Fi 6 and 6E gear here is still the more rational buy.","[\"wifi\",\"mesh-networks\",\"prime-day\",\"routers\"]","2026-10-05T12:30:00.000Z","2026-10-06T05:04:31.340Z","2026-10-06T05:04:36.791Z","published",null,[24],{"id":25,"reviewer":26,"round":27,"reason":28,"status":29},"editor-r1","editor",1,"Remove or fix the unsupported claim that 'sub-$200 entry points now exist' for Wi-Fi 7 and that this happened 'less than two years' after the standard arrived — no Wi-Fi 7 product in the source is under $321.75, Wi-Fi 7 was certified in January 2024 (over two years before this October 2026 sale), and the actual sub-$100 item (TP-Link Archer AXE75) is a Wi-Fi 6E router, not a Wi-Fi 7 mesh system, so the dek's framing of it as a Wi-Fi 7 budget option is also misleading.","resolved","deals",[32,33,34,35],"wifi","mesh-networks","prime-day","routers",[37],{"name":38,"url":39},"Lifehacker","https:\u002F\u002Flifehacker.com\u002Ftech\u002Fbest-wi-fi-and-networking-deals-october-prime-day-2026?utm_medium=RSS",0,{"sections":42},[43,48,53,58,62,67,72,77,82,87,92,97,102,107],{"name":44,"slug":45,"count":46,"latest_published_at":47},"AI","ai",6328,"2026-10-05T13:39:38.000Z",{"name":49,"slug":50,"count":51,"latest_published_at":52},"Security","security",874,"2026-10-05T14:58:42.000Z",{"name":54,"slug":55,"count":56,"latest_published_at":57},"Policy","policy",449,"2026-10-05T15:00:00.000Z",{"name":59,"slug":30,"count":60,"latest_published_at":61},"Deals",349,"2026-10-05T13:26:19.000Z",{"name":63,"slug":64,"count":65,"latest_published_at":66},"Hardware","hardware",208,"2026-10-05T15:02:08.000Z",{"name":68,"slug":69,"count":70,"latest_published_at":71},"Science","science",179,"2026-10-05T04:00:00.000Z",{"name":73,"slug":74,"count":75,"latest_published_at":76},"Consumer Tech","consumer-tech",160,"2026-10-05T10:23:15.000Z",{"name":78,"slug":79,"count":80,"latest_published_at":81},"Software","software",100,"2026-10-05T13:47:14.000Z",{"name":83,"slug":84,"count":85,"latest_published_at":86},"Dev Tools","dev-tools",99,"2026-10-05T10:47:06.000Z",{"name":88,"slug":89,"count":90,"latest_published_at":91},"Startups","startups",93,"2026-10-05T11:13:51.000Z",{"name":93,"slug":94,"count":95,"latest_published_at":96},"Gaming","gaming",53,"2026-10-02T02:50:39.000Z",{"name":98,"slug":99,"count":100,"latest_published_at":101},"General","general",51,"2026-10-05T02:35:01.000Z",{"name":103,"slug":104,"count":105,"latest_published_at":106},"Reviews","reviews",33,"2026-10-05T11:57:17.000Z",{"name":108,"slug":109,"count":110,"latest_published_at":111},"How-To","how-to",8,"2026-10-05T09:00:00.000Z"]
