The Knock Out Collection includes two 30th Celebration booster packs, an Eevee promo card, and a plastic coin. TCGplayer remains cheaper for the identical sealed box, with listings as low as $35.96 - just above the site's $32.41 market estimate for the set.
Do the math and Walmart's sale price works out to about $23.70 per booster, before you even count the promo card and coin. That's a real discount off retail, but it's still more per booster than buying the exact same box on TCGplayer. The deal mainly makes sense if you want guaranteed new packaging and don't want to deal with a marketplace seller.
For context, individual 30th Celebration singles are an entirely different market - a Rare Mew from this set is currently listed above $3,500 on TCGplayer, so nobody's buying a $47 box expecting to pull that kind of card.
