The dataset combines 350 existing Lean tasks, 189 from VERINA and 161 from CLEVER, and scores specifications on formal validity, similarity to a reference spec, and whether they actually accept the inputs they're supposed to and reject the ones they're not. Tested across four SpecGen setups, the results shifted sharply depending on what was measured: narrowing one similarity metric to a smaller set of 32 jointly comparable VERINA tasks dropped that configuration from second place to fourth. In a hand-built control case, a specification that correctly passed and rejected 100% of test cases still accepted 0% of the inputs it was supposed to allow.\n\nThat last result is the uncomfortable headline: a spec can look flawless by every test-based measure and still be unusable, because nobody checked whether it covered the right inputs in the first place.
