The program follows a quarter in which SpaceX's AI unit turned a profit, mostly from renting out computing power. The announcement as described gives no terms, tiers or revenue numbers for the network itself.\n\nPartner networks are a standard enterprise software move. A vendor signs up consultants, data platforms and investors so that customers have someone to call when they want to build something. The roster fits that pattern: Bain is a consulting firm, Snowflake and Databricks sell data platforms, Nvidia makes the chips most AI systems run on, and Apollo is an investment firm.\n\nThe profit detail is the more telling one. Renting out computing power earns money whether or not anyone chooses Grok over a rival model, so a profitable quarter says little about demand for Grok itself. A partner network is one way to build that second leg of the business, by giving corporate buyers a reason to pick Grok over its rivals.\n\nSigning a logo at launch costs little, though.
