It also beats the $134.99 price from May, and price-tracking history shows nothing lower on Amazon. Amazon sells and ships the box itself rather than through a third-party seller. Delivery is set for October 30, or October 23 for Prime members.\n\nThe list price is the least useful number here, because few buyers were paying it. The better yardstick is the secondary market. Walmart charges $161.95, the cheapest TCGplayer listing is $139.58, and that marketplace's estimated market price is $139.25. Measured against that estimate, the saving is $9.26, roughly 7%, or about 31 cents a pack. Real money, but a long way from the $35 the list price implies.\n\nStill, it is a little unusual for a mass retailer to undercut the dedicated card marketplace, which is where collectors usually go to check what a sealed box is worth. The gap is small, but it points in the buyer's favor.\n\nWhat the box holds matters as much as the price. Each pack has 14 cards, including one to five rares or higher and at least one Traditional Foil, and a fifth of packs add a Traditional Foil Land. The set's biggest draw is a Mystical Archive card in every pack: an instant or sorcery with special artwork in a showcase frame. That makes 30 Archive cards across 420 total in the box.\n\nWhether that beats buying singles depends on what you want.
