The Eufy Omni C28 robot vacuum is selling for $449.99 during Amazon Prime Day, down $350 from its regular $799.99 price.
The C28 is a vacuum and mop hybrid with a multifunction dock that washes and dries its own mop roller using hot water and hot air — a feature that typically adds hundreds of dollars to a robot vacuum's price tag. Its narrow profile helps it reach tight spaces and edges, and in hands-on testing it cleared dried oatmeal from carpet and navigated furniture legs that stump larger competitors. One tradeoff: it skips the onboard camera found on many rivals at this price, which means obstacle detection is mediocre, though privacy-conscious buyers may consider that a plus.
The self-cleaning dock is the real story here. Most robot vacuums under $500 require manual mop maintenance; the C28 handling that automatically puts meaningful pressure on competitors like Roborock and iRobot to justify their higher prices. For apartment dwellers with tight floor plans, the combination of compact size and low upkeep is a credible pitch.
That said, Prime Day deal framing should be read with some skepticism — "new low price" has a way of resetting as a permanent baseline within a few weeks of the sale ending.
