Eufy's E25 robot vacuum and mop is 40% off at Amazon in an early Black Friday sale, according to a deal write-up. That puts it at $599.98, down from $999.99, a cut of $400.01. The write-up noted that pricing and availability can change.
The E25 skips the spinning pads used by many robot vacuum and mop combos. It has a roller mop that is rinsed with clean water as it works, then cleaned again at the dock. The dock also empties the robot, washes and dries the roller, and refills the water supply.
On the vacuum side, the listed specs include 20,000 Pa of suction (pascals, a unit of suction pressure), an anti-tangle brush and several side brushes for corners. It maps rooms with LiDAR, which scans distances with a laser, and uses AI to spot obstacles. In the Eufy Clean app, owners can set zones and schedules, and adjust suction, water level and the number of passes.
The pitch is aimed at pet owners who want little hands-on upkeep. That is a sensible target. Mopping is the weak spot the write-up says is hard to find done well in a robot, and a mop that needs frequent hand-washing undercuts the point of buying one.
Two cautions apply. The $999.99 figure is an original price, so the real comparison is what rival machines with similar docks cost. And the suction rating and feature list are manufacturer specs, not test results. The write-up offers none, so how the roller handles dried-on messes or pet hair remains unanswered.
