A high-end robot vacuum that launched in April just got its first price cut, and it's a meaningful one.
Amazon has the Dreame L60 Pro Ultra Robot Vacuum and Mop on sale for $1,189.99, down from its $1,399.99 list price — a $210 reduction. The machine combines vacuuming with a self-cleaning mop dock that uses 212-degree hot water to wash the pads and hot air to dry them, which the manufacturer says eliminates the odor problem that plagues cheaper combo units. On the suction side, it pulls 35,000Pa and uses a LiDAR-based system with retractable legs to navigate under furniture and over room thresholds without getting stuck.
The timing is notable: this is a two-month-old product already seeing a double-digit percentage discount, which either signals aggressive Prime Day positioning by Amazon or softer-than-expected early sales. At over $1,000 even on sale, the L60 Pro Ultra competes in a thin slice of the market where Roborock and iRobot have deeper brand recognition — Dreame is still building its name in the West despite strong specs.
The pet-detection camera that snaps photos of your animals is a nice trick, but at this price, buyers are really paying for the self-maintaining dock — the feature that makes high-end combo vacuums actually tolerable to own.
