The Dreame A3 AWD 1000 LiDAR robot lawn mower is cheaper than it's been since launch, if you're willing to click a coupon box.
Amazon lists the mower at $2,199.99, discounts it to a $1,399.99 sale price, and then lets you stack a 10 percent on-page coupon on top of that. Clip it and the final total lands at $1,259.99 - the lowest price tracked for this model. Instead of buried perimeter wire or an RTK antenna setup, the A3 AWD 1000 maps a yard up to a quarter acre with 3D LiDAR and AI vision, then drives itself around with all-wheel drive rated for 80 percent grades. It also recharges from empty to full in 45 minutes and steers around hoses, toys, and other yard clutter it detects along the way.
Wire-free mapping is the real story here, not the price cut. Most budget robot mowers still rely on boundary wire you bury yourself or RTK antennas that need careful placement to avoid signal drift; LiDAR-based navigation skips both, which is the same bet Dreame already made - and won customers on - with its robot vacuums.
Just don't forget to actually click the coupon box, or you're paying full sale price for the privilege.
