DJI's pocket-sized 4K camera just got $60 cheaper, and Prime Day hasn't even started.
Amazon has cut the price of DJI's Osmo Pocket 3 from $499 to $439, a 12% discount, as of Sept. 25. The pocket-sized gimbal camera packs a 1-inch CMOS sensor that shoots 4K video at up to 120 fps. A rotating 2-inch touchscreen lets you flip between horizontal and vertical framing, and 3-axis mechanical stabilization keeps footage steady while you move. ActiveTrack 6.0 handles subject tracking and focus, and the camera can pair with two DJI Mic 2 or Mic Mini transmitters for interviews and vlogs.
Amazon's October Prime Day doesn't officially start until Oct. 6, so this markdown is an early skirmish, not the main event. Retailers often test discounts before a big sale to gauge demand, which means deeper cuts could still be coming for shoppers willing to wait.
A 12% discount is real money, but it's not a doorbuster. If you already wanted a Pocket 3, this is a fine time to buy. If you didn't, $60 off won't change that.
