More than 10,000 users reported problems starting shortly after 10 a.m. ET, according to Downdetector. Anthropic's status page confirmed elevated errors across Claude.ai, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, and the API, meaning the company's entire product line took a hit at once. Anthropic said affected users might see failed requests, conversations that would not load or send, or unexpected prompts to sign in again. The company added that retrying a request could succeed even while the disruption was ongoing.
