The price has dropped from its $1,699 list to $1,498.98, a cut of $200.02, or about 12% off. The deal landed on Sept. 28, days before Amazon's Big Deal Days sale officially begins next week. The Apex 300 packs a 2,765Wh capacity and outputs both 120V and 240V, enough to run larger appliances for home backup or road trips. Bluetti also sells add-on B300K and B500K batteries, plus accessories for RV power, faster vehicle charging, and extra solar input, so the base unit can scale up rather than lock buyers into one fixed capacity.
That modular approach is the more interesting story than the discount itself. Most portable power stations sell as one fixed-capacity box; Bluetti's stack-and-expand model lets buyers start smaller and add batteries as needs grow, which matters more for anyone actually pricing out a home backup system than a few hundred dollars off list. The LiFePO4 battery is rated for over 6,000 charge cycles while holding 80% capacity, which Bluetti translates to roughly 17 years of use.
That lifespan figure is Bluetti's own estimate, not an independent test, so treat it as a ceiling rather than a promise. And a 12% cut showing up just before a much bigger sale week is worth a raised eyebrow, not a rush to check out.
