Apple released the third beta of iOS 27.2 on October 5, two weeks after the second beta went out to developers. iPadOS 27.2 got a matching beta release. Developers can grab both through Settings > General > Software Update after opting into the iOS 27 developer beta program. This build expands Siri's AI features to additional languages, among other smaller changes Apple has not detailed in full.
The notable omission is iPhone Duo. That feature set shipped with iOS 27.1, but Apple appears to be holding back some of its capabilities rather than exposing them in this developer track. That is consistent with how Apple has handled Siri's AI overhaul generally - slow, staged rollouts rather than one big reveal.
A two-week gap between betas is unremarkable for a point release, but pairing broader Siri language support with continued silence on Duo suggests Apple is still deciding how much of its AI assistant work is ready for a wide audience. Expect the remaining features to show up gradually across more betas, not all at once.
If you are waiting on iPhone Duo's full feature set, this beta is not it - patience, as usual with Apple's AI rollout, is the actual feature.
