Amazon is re-running its cheapest Prime Day deals two weeks before the actual sale begins.
A batch of sub-$25 deals is live now, even though Prime Big Deal Days does not officially start until Tuesday, October 6. The list includes Soundcore by Anker P20i earbuds for $20.99 (down from $39.99), a two-pack of Govee smart bulbs for $19.99, a second-gen Apple AirTag for $24, and Amazon's own Fire TV Alexa Voice Remote Pro for $24.99. Smaller items are discounted too, including water filters, a Life360 Tile tracker, INIU power banks, and a Lego mini orchid set.
Here's the catch: several of these prices, including the Soundcore earbuds, aren't new lows. Amazon sold the same buds for even less during June's Prime Day. That suggests these aren't fresh October markdowns so much as a floor price Amazon is comfortable hitting repeatedly, dressed up as early access to build hype for the official event.
Worth remembering before you add anything to cart: a listed "savings" figure is only as meaningful as the reference price it's measured against, and Amazon sets that reference price itself.
