Meta's Muse Spark topped the list at over 14,000 words, nearly an hour of reading. The average Flesch Reading Ease score across the group was 40.2, well below the 60 mark considered accessible to a general audience. Thirteen of the 20 services use what you type and what they generate to train future models, and opt-out options, where they exist, aren't always easy to find.\n\nThat gap matters because roughly three in four people now use an AI chatbot at least once a month, often pasting in work documents, code, or personal details they would never post publicly.
